I'd like to be the first to "testify" that this is a joke. The PDLG should be ashamed of themselves for continuing this effort without the support of the taxpayers. I would have hoped the PDLG Board would represent the wishes of the taxpaying voters of La Grange as well as they represent the wishes of ARP, the Atlanta-based developer.

Ummm, they are representing the wishes of the taxpayers.

55% of voters approved this deal in a referendum 2 years ago.

It is a vocal minority that has ignored the voice of the people and pursued this in the courts.

I can't believe this is still going on. I voted in the affirmative for the sale and development, and still believe it's the right thing to do. If this continues much longer, I'll be voting with my feet...selling and uprooting from LaGrange for good. Action is warranted so please, let's get on with what we voted for.
